Sterling Glen Independent Living Communities provides
seniors with the opportunity to enjoy gracious residential settings in
fine neighborhoods without the demands and daily routines of managing
a household. Our residents can enjoy their individual lifestyles while
knowing that assistance and personal care services are available and accessible.
Sterling Glen Communities operates five independent living residencies at The Mayfair at Glen Cove , The Mayfair at Great Neck , Chancellor Park in Philadelphia, PA, Chancellor Gardens in Southington CT and Westfield Court in Stamford, CT. Plans are also underway for additional sites in Roslyn and Rye Brook, NY .
Sterling Glen Assisted Living communities are licensed and staffed 24 hours a day, and are designed to respond to the personal care and recreational needs of seniors in a home-like setting.
Residents are able to live independently in their own
apartments, complete with private bath and kitchenette, while receiving
the services they need from our supportive and caring staff.
We offer an extensive program of services that includes a personalized plan of care for each resident based on an individualized resident assessment designed specifically for assisted living residents. All program elements are geared toward assisting our residents to remain independent, while providing for their needs in a manner that ensures a sense of privacy and dignity.
Our residence at Chestnut Grove in Plainview NY opened in the Fall of 2000. Willow Court, our residence at Forest Hills, will open in the Summer of 2001. Pine Cove of Bay Shore will open in the Fall of 2001. Tanglewood Crest, our Lynbrook community will open in July 2003. Bryant Park in Roslyn will open in October 2003.
The Arbor Program for senior adults with Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss disorders has been designed exclusively to provide safety and convenience in a residential setting.
The holistic philosophy upon which our Arbor Program
is based provides creative daily routines and life enrichment goals that
maximize the quality of life of our residents and allows for active participation
of the family in the care giving process.
We have three communities in development that will offer care for residents with memory loss and Alzheimer's Disease in Bay Shore, Roslyn, and Lynbrook NY.

In an independent setting, we offer an array of professional and paraprofessional services designed to enhance your quality of life. In either case you benefit from a seamless continuum of car provided by professional you know and trust.
